In addition to company management responsibilities, Mr. Al Sulin is directly involved in day-to-day project origination and implementation, providing project oversight and working with a very experienced development team to continuously improve delivery systems for clients. Mr. Sulin has participated in developing over 1,000 commercial projects across the United States during his more than 30 year career in real estate development, and has hands-on experience in every aspect of development projects from pre-planning to successful delivery.

Mr. Sulin’s early career in city planning and later as an Assistant Law Director/Assistant Prosecutor provided an excellent foundation for his transition into real estate development. Mr. Sulin is an Ohio-licensed real estate broker and attorney, and has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for over 30 years.
