As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. James Strauss oversees and coordinates all phases of finance, deal structuring, equity raise, project underwriting and financing, acquisitions/dispositions, corporate tax planning, information technology, legal matters and retail property management.

He joined Zaremba Group in 2019. Mr. Strauss’ professional career spans over 25 years with experience in private equity, corporate banking and commercial real estate. He received his Bachelor’s degree from The University of Toledo and his MBA from Baldwin Wallace University.
