MATT CASEY
Vice President of Development Management and Business Development
Matt, as Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Business Development, oversees site due
diligence, conceptual planning, budget creation, and governmental entitlements for multi-tenant
programs. He also spearheads the Business Development Group within the organization.
Matt has been with Zaremba Group for over 15 years and has 25+ years in both residential and
commercial real estate development with experience throughout the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.
He’s a graduate of John Carroll University and a member of International Council of Shopping Centers
