As Disposition Coordinator for Zaremba’s build-to-suit projects, Ms. Ginnis interacts with a network of real estate brokers and collaborates with Zaremba’s construction personnel, financial and legal teams to bring the disposition to a successful close.
Ms. Ginnis received her education in the UK, joined Zaremba in 1984, and prior to her current position was Senior Property Manager overseeing the management of Zaremba’s portfolio of retail centers.
