Gary Hough has been with the Zaremba Group for 19 years in both shopping center and program development. Gary’s responsibilities include site selection, contract negotiation, and financial analysis for Zaremba’s key retail clients. Traveling throughout the U.S. in serving Zaremba’s retailer base, he is also responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships.

Gary has over 35 years of commercial real estate experience and has previously worked for Red Roof Inns, Bob Evans Restaurants and DDR in a real estate development role.  Gary graduated from the University of Akron and is a member of ICSC.
