Mr. Greg Potts has been with Zaremba Group since 1997 and his primary responsibilities include identifying and structuring new development projects, servicing and expanding the company’s client base, market analyses, site acquisition, contract negotiations, and development for single-tenant and multi-tenant programs. Mr. Potts’ forte is property negotiation and acquisition, handling some of the most difficult site acquisitions for several national “roll-out” programs, where the concentration of geographic coverage has focused on most major markets in the U.S.
Mr. Potts has over 35 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate brokerage, shopping center development, retail leasing, site selection, and negotiations for national retailers and developers. He has held the position of Senior Director of Retail Leasing with Koll Real Estate Services Company, Senior Director of Leasing with Standard Management Group, and Real Estate Broker with The Potts Company, a family-owned business. Mr. Potts graduated from Franklin University with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate.
