Mr. Alan Bellis, with Zaremba Group since 2006, is a Principal and Vice President of Construction. Mr. Bellis’ primary responsibilities include management of Zaremba Group’s construction department and senior project management activities, including interaction with site and building contractors, governmental entities, tenant representatives, and development personnel. Mr. Bellis has nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate development industry in both the public and private sectors, and has been involved in the development and construction of over 4 million square feet of retail space and 300 units of residential housing. Mr. Bellis holds a Master of Public Administration – Public Work Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Cleveland State University.
