Ms. Offtermatt’s primary responsibilities include the coordination of acquisition and sale transactions and the procurement and timely delivery of due diligence investigation materials.
Prior to joining Zaremba in 1997, Ms. Offtermatt held positions as Manager of Lease Administration, where she oversaw a portfolio of more than 800 regional shopping center leases and conceived and developed a multi-user lease data management program. Carrie’s experience includes construction coordination in which she directed the completion of construction projects for a national retail group.
Carrie is practiced in lease and contract administration and negotiation, title review, closing coordination including preparation of documents associated with land acquisitions, such as real estate purchase agreements, amendments, use agreements, license agreements and easement agreements and ensuring adherence to document specifications, terms and requirements.
